Church and A Casino

Today flew by. I woke up to find I had 15 minutes to get ready and head out. I’d made arrangements to clean the church at 10AM. However, my dear husband called to inform the pastor we were running late, while I got dressed. We grabbed some Arby’s on the way and ate it at the church. The pastor’s wife had given us the rundown of what needs to be done so we began, after breakfast, on the room we were in. Three hours later, we were finally done. We had scrubbed, vacuumed, polished our strength out and were ready to have some fun with what was left of our Saturday. Don’t get me wrong, cleaning the church wasn’t as bad as I’d thought. It was a beautiful day outside and the cheery sun and cool air helped me straighten out my bad mood. It felt like Spring cleaning. I was also glad to have Ray’s help and company. We made a stop by the car shop to find they did not have the part that was supposed to be ordered for us. That was a bit of an annoyance but it freed up our afternoon again. We decided to head to the mall and see Casino Royale. It was a long movie, but I enjoyed it. It had enough action to keep you interested. Better than the last Bond movie, which disappointed me. Anyway, that filled up the rest of our day. When we stepped out of the theatre, it was dark outside. We’re home now, relaxing and enjoying what’s left of the evening (It is only 7:27PM). That is all. Have a great Sunday and God bless!
