My husband and I went to get our photos taken at the church this evening for the new directory. The last time we got professional photos taken together was the summer after we both graduated from high school. I had just turned eighteen and Ray had already been so for over half a year. I happen to have a copy of one of those pictures in my wallet, so I pulled it out for comparison’s sake. Wow! It’s amazing how much we have both changed over the past nearly five years. I am glad though, that I have a husband who thinks I am a beautiful woman regardless of how down on myself I can be. We ended up ordering some proofs…which in my humble opinion were crazy expensive for what they are. However, we haven’t had professional pictures taken in…well, nearly five years so we decided to bite the bullet and buy some. Hope they turn out as nice as they seemed to be on the preview screen! Seriously though, I wish I could see myself the way my husband sees me. ^_^ Just a thought.
