1. Do you send out holiday cards? If so, do you make them or buy them?
I used to sign the ones my mom sent out, but now that I am married I am trying to get them out myself. There are a lot of people I’d like to acknowledge so I had to buy a 20 pack of cards. However, for those nearby I am definitely making them!
2. If you get a Christmas tree, do you prefer real or fake? Colored lights or all white?
FAKE! I don’t like the smell of pine. I like the coloured lights, but my husband likes the white ones. It seemed important to him, so our tree has the white ones.
3. Do you have any family traditions around the holidays?
Things are going to be really different this year, seeing as I am married and my family is coming to visit ME:P I am trying to incorporate the types of snacks my Grandma Perry used to make, like Chex mix, cream cheese on crackers with oysters, and then a big dinner. My mom is also holding to the stocking tradition my Great Grandma Totten always does. Grandma made us our stockings awhile ago:)
4. Does it snow around the holidays where you live? Do you like it that way?
‘sigh’ Only if God really wanted it to…But no, not really. It’s Florida! I am not sure what I think of that. Snow is icky and cold, but it is nice for Christmas.
5. What is at the top of your holiday wishlist this year?
hmm…probably the cds I want
